By using Maxi Nourish's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Maxi Nourish provides chef-cooked, organic meal preparation and delivery services in Liverpool and Manchester city centre.

3. Ordering

Orders must be placed by Friday 9pm for delivery the following Sunday or Monday. We accept weekly orders and monthly subscriptions.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe or cash on delivery. All prices are in British Pounds (£).

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Liverpool and Manchester city centre areas. Delivery times are Sunday and Monday.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by Friday 9pm for a full refund. After this time, no refunds are available.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

8. Food Quality

We use only organic ingredients and prepare meals in a hygienic environment. If you have any concerns about food quality, please contact us immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maxi Nourish is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
